Hostel |
|

Land of 4 acres is exclusively reserved for Hostels by the Trust where it has constructed a nine storied building to
accommodate 450 students. Named International Center (VLC) this hostel has Library, Internet, Photocopying,
Health Center, etc. Accommodation of international standards is provided in single, double and triple bedrooms,
each of about 50 square meter size. Attached bathroom, toilet block pantry are provided for each room.
Separate hostel building for girl students is provided.
The Hostel Rector co-ordinates and controls the hostel activities Students are required to abide by the rules of the
hostel. Hostel facility is provided on first come first Serve basis. A separate hostel for VCACS boys has been identified at Kondhwa, with capacity of 240 students.

Library |

The Library consists of an issue counter, stack room, reading room, computer cubicles etc. The reading room has a total capacity of approx. 50 persons. Well equipped Digital Library, with 35 PCs. During the university examination period, extra books are issued to students for study. Photocopying facility is also available for students and staff in the library.

The Institute is spread over an area of 5 acres and is located in Kondhwa (Bk) Pune, on the eastern side of Pune-Satara Highway, about 8 km from Swargate. The upcoming area, though near the city, provides an atmosphere far from the maddening crowd.

Canteen provides snacks, beverages and lunch at affordable rates. Nestle Coffee shop is also situated in campus.

Regular PMT (Pune Municipal Transport) bus service is available from Swargate to VCACS campus. Bus facility
is also available from the hostels to Campus.

Campus Communication |
|
This center provides facilities like Xerox, Laser printing, Binding, Courier, Mobile Recharge and stationary materials.

| Travel Concession |
|
Railway, State Transport and Municipal Transport travel concessions can be availed by the students as per norms by
submitting a duly filled / signed concession forms. Students get 50% concession to go to their native place once every semester.

| Notices |
|
Notices regarding college activities are regularly displayed on the notice boards. Students are advised to see all the notices.
|
|
| Joining Report |
|
It is compulsory for students to report on the 1st day of each term. He/she is required to fill in a joining report and pay college fees on the reporting day.
|
|
| Cancellation and Refund of Fees |
|
The candidate desirous of canceling the admission shall apply in standard pro-forma available in the college office and cancellation and refund of fees will be done as per rules and regulations applicable at the time of application.

|
| Term Work |
|
The term work in various subjects is to be completed in the college premises as prescribed in the syllabus and is to be submitted at the end of the term on specified dates in respective laboratories.
